Hi! Our names are Kara & Alina and as the co-partners and faces behind Her Health Co, we are excited to provide our Medical Aesthetics & Health Services to Cambridge, ON and surrounding areas! Here is a little bit about us:
✨ We are two sisters, both with a passion for holistically improving women’s health, wellness and beauty.
✨ Alina is a Nurse Practitioner and Kara is a Registered Nurse, making us an ideal team for this industry.
✨ We both graduated from McMaster University and have a combined 10 years of experience in health care, mainly critical care, chronic pain management and primary care.
✨ We take pride in evidence-based information and adhering to best practices in the world of aesthetics.
✨ With Alina acting as Medical Director and Kara as the primary Nurse Injector, you can trust you are in good hands and that we can safely offer you a wide range of services to address your beauty and wellness needs!
If you are a new client, please book under “New Client” appointments for Botox/Dysport and Dermal Filler treatments.
There will be a $50 charge for no shows or if you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours before your booked time.

Consultations
Unsure what treatment is best for you or want to learn more about our services? Book a complimentary consultation with us. We also offer consultations specifically for therapeutic neuromodulator.
Wrinkle Relaxers
Wrinkle relaxers, such as Botox® and Dysport®, are used to relax facial muscles and reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. They can also be used for therapeutic purposes, such as for chronic migraine management, excessive sweating, or TMJ pain.
Pricing: $9/unit of Botox®/Dysport® | $90 for lip flip/gummy smile
Dermal Filler
Dermal filler is used to augment certain areas of the face and restore lost volume. We used the Revanesse brand and currently offer fillers for the lips, chin and lateral cheeks.
Pricing: $499/full syringe | $299/half syringe
Platelet-Rich Plasma
PRP involves collecting a small sample of blood to isolate platelets for injection. PRP can reduce the look of fine lines and deep wrinkles, improve texture and tone of skin, minimize pore size, treat superficial hyperpigmentation and scars, and improve hair loss. It uses the healing properties of your own blood to treat and rejuvenate your area of concern!
Pricing: $399/session
Facials & Microneedling
1. Microneedling stamps are used we create tiny channels in the skin to micro-inject vitamins and plant extracts directly into the area of concern. This helps to rejuvenate the skin, boost collagen production, and decrease fine lines, hyperpigmentation, and scarring. If you're looking for your skin to glow, this is the treatment for you! Pricing: $350/session
2. Dermaplaning is a form of manual exfoliation. It works by using a scalpel to remove surface oil build up, skin debris and peach fuzz. This procedure is painless. You can expect smoother, glowier skin with some reduction in the appearance of fine lines and superficial scarring.
Price: $100/session
Therapeutic Injections
Book here for Therapeutic Botox, Trigger Point Injections, and Vitamin B12 Injections. Botox has many uses outside of the cosmetic world - we offer Botox for excessive sweating (hyperhidrosis), TMJ pain, and chronic migraine management. Additional pain management injections known as "Trigger point injections" are used for muscle knots or "trigger points" to provide pain relief, especially when other therapies have proven ineffective. We also offer Vitamin B12 injections for those who are deficient, which may help with energy levels weight loss, and brain function. Skin Clinic
At Her Health Co, we take a personalized approach to skincare. We work with you to create a customized skincare regimen based on your unique concerns, budget, and goals. Our Nurse Practitioner has a special set of skills to help diagnose and manage your skin concerns. Let us help you understand what your skin really needs.
Cost: $100 for the consult- this includes a $50 credit which can then be applied towards any products or treatments and also includes one follow-up appointment. The cost also covers any necessary prescriptions.
